Pick up and drop off times:
Morning pick up and drop off
times are between 7:30 -9:00.
Afternoon pick up and drop off times are between 4:00-6:00.
WE DO NOT TAKE DROP OFFS OR PICK UPS ON SUNDAY MORNINGS OR ON HOLIDAYS.
To be certain we have a kennel available, you must call for a reservation before dropping your dog off. Also, you will need to let us know when you will be picking up your dog.

What is a "day" ?
* You will be charged 1 day if you:
-Drop off your dog in the afternoon & pick
up your dog the next morning or
afternoon
- Drop off your dog in the morning & pick
up your dog the next morning
* You will be charged 1 1/2 days if you:
- Drop off your dog in the morning & pick
up your dog the next afternoon.
* There is a 1 day ($30) minimum charge.

Owner Requirements:
1. Owner must provide North Country Kennels with your veterinarian's name and telephone number. Your pet must have all required vaccinations prior to arrival at the kennel. Required vaccinations include: Rabies, Distemper/parvo and bordetalla (canine cough.) The bordetalla vaccine needs to be given at least one week prior to your reservation to be effective. Proof of vaccinations is required.
2. Due to the recent outbreak, we can not accept dogs showing symptoms of canine flu.
3. Because some dogs may react to a change of diet, we recommend you supply your own dog food. Be sure to bring enough for the length of your stay. If you choose not to bring your own dog food we will feed Country Squire Premium - High Protein dog food at an additional cost of $2.00 / day.
4. If your dog is on medications be sure your instructions are well written so we can administer them exactly as your pet requires.
5. You may bring treats and chews for your pets, but no meaty bones please.
6. Toys are permitted but limit them to 1 or 2 of your pet's favorite. Only safe non absorbent toys are permitted.
7. A clean bed, towel, rug may be brought for your pet. If you do not bring an item we will provide a blanket for your pet.
8. Food and water dishes will be provided.
